SUMMARY
Reigno Jose Dilao is apologizing to the whole world to what just happened to the hostage taking yesterday at the Quirino Grandstand. Also, he was explaining to his letter that "we Filipinos are not all like Mendoza. We are loving and good-hearted people." He also mentioned what had happened to the EDSA Revolution that we fought for the democracy of our nation. Mr. Reigno Jose Dilao also thanked the foreign people and countries for letting the OFWs from our country serve and trust them.
Reigno Jose Dilao politely asks the attention of the world to not judge and mistreat us Filipinos. As he was surfing the net, he found terrible things such as Hong Kong advices to avoid travels here, China and HK bans Filipinos and that Philippines is the worst place to go.
"I know that this letter will just be trash but I wish that you would understand. On behalf of the Philippine population.. WE ARE SORRY."
INSIGHT
As I was reading his letter/blog, I was thanking Mr. Reigno Jose Dilao for writing this. He was really brave. I hope people across the world will still accept our apologies.
